We were approached by Birdy Homes to create a new website and online store within a fairly tight turnaround to coincide with the opening of their new display homes.
We were challenged to find a solution to some really key user experience challenges and landed on a key strategy which was centred around "style". We developed a really clear navigational interface that allows users to navigate through the Birdy Homes design offering while also building a section to advertise ongoing promotions.
We developed a full ecommerce store and wish list functionality so users can create an account, save their favourites and access an exclusive offer... buy a home and go shopping for $20k worth of furniture to put in it. The credit feature works allocating each user a $20k store credit to go towards a furniture list that they can use to shop with on the site.
We implemented the website into Silverstripe CMS utilising elemental blocks so the client can build their own landing pages and manage their content effectively. We also custom built a CRM integration with Active Campaign so we could tag users and track behaviour across the customer journey.
The site was very well received with the stakeholders and we've had nothing but positive feedback about the experience.
