We started working with Wisdom after they uncovered some legacy technical challenges with their current digital tools. While we were planning on stabalising and future-proofing their technical footprint, Hoot Homes was also going through a rebrand process.
One of the pieces of this puzzle was a new website for Hoot Homes. We overlaid multiple areas of strategy to create a data driven Silverstripe site. As part of this build, we also created a "build your own home" style price calculator and automated various aspects of the Hoot business via data feeds, CRM connections and API integrations with various tools.
We workshopped multiple ideas and landed on a strategy to create uniformity online between all of their business touch points while offering a unique browsing experience to their customers. We then designed, developed and deployed their new website online and are now managing the platform ongoing.
We've had excellent feedback on the site with CMS administrators giving feedback about the ease of use when editing content and we've seen an increase in the richness of data gathered as well as an increase of home enquiries across the board.
