In 2022-23, Interrelate assisted over 160,000 Australians through their relationships, mental health, student, and family programs, an increase of 22,000 from the previous year. With another expected spike this financial year, Interrelate engaged us to revolutionise their digital ecosystem (websites and booking platforms), ensuring Australians can easily access the support they need.

Founded in 1926, Interrelate faced challenges with outdated processes and fragmented systems. We addressed these by creating new web solutions and streamlining the user experience. Our work included CX Strategy, UX Design, UI Design, and Web Development, as well as hosting and maintaining Interrelate’s website and two sub-sites, and implementing ongoing security measures.

We also integrated a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing Interrelate with a comprehensive view of customer behavior. This allows for enhanced tracking and improvement of customer journeys across various touchpoints, offering valuable insights for continuous improvement.

The technological advancements have delivered substantial benefits, including increased website engagement, lead generation, SEO, site speed, and general navigation. These enhancements are crucial for improving online visibility and user engagement, ensuring Interrelate can reach and serve more individuals in need.
